Elected Best Vegan Restaurant in Europe and rewarded with 2 Forks by "Der Feinschmecker" in 2015 La Mano Verde was until September 2015 the reference in vegan cooking. Since September 2015 I dedicate my time to the writing of new cookbooks, VEGAN CUISINE was published in November 2016 by Editions TeNEUES with 800 recipes, and on 1st May 2017 Editions Phaidon (New York) published VEGAN: The Cookbook, 500 recipes from 150 countries, published in English, French, German, Spanish and Dutch.
