Abstract

Join Nishma Shah of Shambhu's, as she shows you how to make some delicious savoury pancakes.

She'll be making the pancake batter using a variety of whole-grain and lentil-based ingredients, such as chick peas, semolina, millet flour and mung bean, and adding a variety of nutritious vegetables and greens.

As you'll see, the simple-to-make nourishing pancakes are the ideal hunger-gap or late-night snack, or they can be served at any main mealtime (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

Most of the savoury pancakes demonstrated will be gluten-free too.

No special equipment needed.
