Women's Cooking Project presents: Accidentally vegan (Eng)

Abstract

Keren's Kitchen is at the core of the Israeli cuisine with strong Palestinian and Arabic influences. Pure ingredients, fresh cooking and outspoken flavors is what makes her cooking so Israeli.

For the last 3 years Keren has been leading the successful Facebook group Amsterdam Cooks, where thousands of professional and home cooks connect and create food experiences together. The many women who present their culinary skills and share their passion in her group is remarkable, it's a true platform of female culinary empowerment.

Keren is the first person we thought of when starting the Women's Cooking Project. She is the most amazing chef that you still don't know of. If only for her, it was already worth starting this project.

At VeggieWorld Keren will teach you how to make dishes that are traditionally vegan, like paprikas stuffed with rice and mushrooms. Real warm comfort food, in big pots, made from scratch, that you will learn how to easily make at home yourself. Dive into the heart of the Israeli home cuisine!
