Women's Cooking Project presents: Love goes through the stomach (Eng)

Abstrakt

Love goes through the stomach, don't you think?

Valentina is a professional dancer, chef and cooking teacher. For 5 years Valentina has been the director of Deshima and the Kushi Institute of Europe in Amsterdam. Both of these institutions were founded over 50 years ago by her parents and have educated hundreds of thousands of students towards achieving a healthy, plant based macrobiotic living.

At VeggieWorld, Valentina will encourage you to start loving your kitchen. What to do to fall in love with your kitchen? What kind of cooking brings people together and helps them to open up emotionally? How can good quality food make you feel more confident, open and social? Cook with pleasure, eat with pleasure, and share it with the people you love with all your heart!

- The Women's Cooking Project -

After four succesfull editions in Amsterdam, The Women's Cooking Project now joins forces with ProVeg Netherlands and takes the stage at VeggieWorld. Expect a lively program of cooking demonstrations by a variety of professional and unique female chefs, surrounded by inspirational stories.

We will be addressing underrepresentation and appreciation of women in the horeca industry, building an inclusive vegan movement and the relationship between feminism and veganism. And of course, you will get to taste the fruits of this collaboration!

We are honored to work together with such an important and inspiring initiative and are looking forward to sharing it with you.
